Cancellation Policy

We begin preparing orders promptly. To request a cancellation, email bhakthination@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order or before fulfilment begins, whichever is earlier. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Before dispatch

If the order has not entered fulfilment, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. A cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Bhakthination.

After dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled in transit. If the order is eligible, the Return & Replacement Policy applies after delivery.

Prepaid refunds

Approved prepaid-order cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply.

Cash on Delivery orders

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may affect future COD eligibility. This does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Support hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST. Sunday is a non-working day.
