This policy explains how Bhakthination collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our Shopify store, contact us or place an order.
Information collected
We may collect your name, address, email, telephone number, order and transaction details, support messages, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers and marketing preferences. Payment details are handled by Shopify and authorised payment providers; Bhakthination does not intentionally store complete card numbers or OTPs.
How information is used
- to operate the storefront, cart, checkout and customer-account features;
- to confirm, fulfil, ship, track, support, return and refund orders;
- to prevent fraud, secure the store and comply with law;
- to improve performance and customer experience;
- to send service messages and permitted marketing communications;
- to respond to enquiries and exercise legal rights.
Sharing and providers
We share only what is reasonably necessary with providers supporting the store, including Shopify, payment processors, couriers, communications, fraud-prevention and analytics services, and professional advisers. Disclosure can also occur when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a lawful business reorganisation. Shopify and other providers may process data outside India under their own terms and safeguards.
