Every Bhakthination mala is taken through a special temple-pooja process before dispatch. This devotional preparation is part of how we handle each mala with care and respect before it reaches you.

Temple schedules and ritual arrangements can vary, so processing normally takes 1–2 working days. The pooja is a devotional service and does not guarantee a medical, supernatural, financial or particular spiritual outcome.

Bhakthination provides free standard shipping to serviceable addresses across India. A delivery option is confirmed when Shopify displays an available method at checkout for the customer’s postcode.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Mala preparation includes the special temple-pooja process. Working days are Monday–Saturday; Sundays and public holidays are non-working days. Festival periods, address verification and events outside our reasonable control can extend processing.

Actual delivery timing depends on destination and courier serviceability. The estimate shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation is not a guarantee.

Free shipping and Cash on Delivery

Standard shipping within India is free. Cash on Delivery is also offered without a COD handling charge for eligible orders and serviceable Indian postcodes. Payment-method availability is confirmed at checkout. International destinations, if enabled, can have separate charges and do not necessarily qualify for COD or free shipping.

Tracking

Tracking is sent through the email or SMS channel associated with the order after dispatch. The first courier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address and delivery attempts

Provide a complete address and reachable mobile number. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Re-shipping costs may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal, except where caused by our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Parcel problems

For a damaged, missing or incorrect parcel, keep the packaging and email bhakthination@gmail.com promptly. Our Return & Replacement Policy applies.

Add any mala to cart and one plain Karungali bracelet per mala quantity is added as the free gift. The automatic 100% bracelet discount is applied when offer requirements are met.

Keep the product dry and away from perfume, harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces. Wipe gently with a clean soft cloth and store safely when not in use.

Eligible requests must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery and follow the Return & Replacement Policy.

We want every order to arrive as described. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.

Request within 3 days

Email bhakthination@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery if an item is damaged in transit, defective, incorrect, missing or materially different from its description. Include the order number, an explanation and clear photographs.

Unboxing evidence

For transit-damage, missing-item or incorrect-item claims, keep the full packaging. A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed outer package, shipping label and complete contents is strongly recommended wherever reasonably possible. Statutory remedies are not refused solely because video was unavailable where applicable law provides otherwise.

Condition

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, it must be unused, unworn and returned with all components and original packaging. Damage from misuse, water, perfume, chemicals, impact, normal wear or failure to follow care guidance is not eligible.

Process

1. Contact us within the request window.
2. Wait for written approval and return instructions.
3. Pack every supplied component securely.
4. After receipt and inspection, we confirm the resolution.

Replacement or refund

For an approved claim, we may offer a replacement subject to availability, or a refund where replacement is unavailable or otherwise required. Reasonable return-shipping costs for a verified Bhakthination error or defect are borne by us.

Refund method

Approved prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. Approved COD refunds are transferred to the verified Indian bank account or UPI ID supplied securely; we never ask for an OTP or PIN. We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5–7 working days after inspection, with additional bank processing time possible.
