Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Bhakthination Shopify store and purchases through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Products and claims

Bhakthination products are devotional accessories. Every qualifying mala is prepared through our stated temple-pooja process, but no product or ritual promises a medical, supernatural, therapeutic, financial or guaranteed spiritual outcome. Natural bead colour and grain may vary. “Gold-finish” and “silver-finish” describe decorative colour finishes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices and offers

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. MRP/compare-at prices and current offer prices are shown on product pages. Bhakthination may change prospective promotions, but confirmed orders retain the terms shown at the time of purchase unless a clear pricing error occurred.

Shipping and payment

Standard shipping within India is free to serviceable locations. COD is available without a handling charge for eligible orders and postcodes when displayed at checkout. Payment and checkout are handled through Shopify and configured providers. We never ask for card PINs, UPI PINs or OTPs by email, phone or contact form.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may decline or cancel when payment fails, stock or delivery serviceability is unavailable, information appears fraudulent, or a clear listing or pricing error occurred. If a prepaid order cannot be accepted, the appropriate refund is issued.

Intellectual property

The Bhakthination name, original photography, graphics, copy and theme customisation are protected to the extent allowed by law. Content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except as legally permitted.
